Review- the rails by Kris Kemp with Graham Schofield

Fantasy is one of my favorite genres. I read the blurb and thought that "the rails" would be a different read. It was. The author(s) did a wonderful job with the characters especially Egan and Togrul. Even though they were supernatural beings the author(s) did a wonderful job "humanizing" them. I found "the watchers" and their underground world interesting. The interaction between "the watchers" and the other secondary characters was fascinating. I enjoyed the story and was surprised with the ending. I would recommend this story.
